We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
General Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the same condition as received.
Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom/personalized products
Personal care goods (cosmetics, beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

United States & Canada
Returns accepted within 30 days. Refunds processed to the original payment method.
United Kingdom & European Union
Returns accepted within 30 days in line with consumer protection laws.
EU customers additionally benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing order cancellation within 14 days without justification.
Refunds issued within 7–14 business days after receiving the return.
Australia
Returns accepted within 30 days. Customers may be eligible for free return shipping if the product is faulty.
Other International Orders
Returns accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
